The Ranger Group, LTD. Located in Lop Buri, Thailand offers a unique experience not
available anywhere in the world. It is an opportunity to experience and train with
a team of real world Special Forces, Rangers and Special Operation Instructors. All
training is conducted on Royal Thai Military Installations and conducted by Active
Duty Special Operations and retired Military Special Operations Veterans.

Born in 1943,Graduated from CRMA in 1966. Has served as Platoon Leader of 6th RCT.
for 2 years and then as a heavy weapons platoon leader of 1st Bn. 11th Inf. Reg.
(Kings Guard). In 1969 served as XO of 2nd Company 1st Bn. 1st Reg. Black Panther
Div. in South Viet Nam. After returning to Thailand he joined the Thai Special Forces,
and in 1977 became the CO of 1st Inf. Bn. 1st Inf. Reg. 9th Inf. Div. In 1980 he
returned to Thai Special Forces serving as S3, 2nd SFG, XO ,4th SFG, C/S 1st SF.
Div, 2nd SFG Commanding Officer,G-3 SOCOM, School Commandant Special Warfare School,C/S
of SOCOM, 1st SF. Div. Commanding General. And last position in SF served as the
Dep. CG. of SOCOM. He retired as the C/S of the Office of C/S of a Supreme Command.
He
received his BSC. From CRMA, MA. (Military Science), Graduated from the Ranger and
Path Finder Courses at Ft. Benning Georgia, USA. in 1972. Field experience is over
40 years.
Decorations include the Thai Victory Medal and the US Bronze Star with "V"
in Viet Nam.
Special Forces Combatives Master Instructor, US Special Forces,US Rangers, International
Close Combat Instructors Assoc.
Served in the 82nd Airborne and Special Forces for 14 years, trained in Heavy and
Light weapons, Intel, Operations, HALO, Tactical Special Forces SCUBA, Team SGT.
Special Atomic Demolitions (SADM) and related Special Forces training. A retired
Viet Nam Veteran where he served with Det. A-219 (Mike Force and Eagle Flight). He
was selected to represent Special Forces on a special international demonstration
team.
Ken has worked in Asia for over 30 years in the security related industry in
Korea, China, Taiwan, Cambodia, Viet Nam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand.
He is featured in the book "Hard Man Humble" as well as various newsprint, radio
and TV shows in both Asia and the USA.
He is currently working for both the Royal
Thai Tourist Police and the Royal Thai National Police as a Combatives Instructor.
Ken worked with the Royal Thai Recon Marines, the Royal Thai Navy SEALS and the Thai
Special Forces and Rangers.

Tank is the chief instructor of the Todd group formerly the Baldock Institute established 1927 by his former instructor the late SGM Harry Baldock a New Zealand Army chief instructor unarmed combat World War II.
The Todd group is the oldest private training provider of European Military armed and unarmed combat globally and Tank was made chief instructor in 1986.
He has spent over 30 years as an exponent proponent and instructor of military armed and unarmed combat and related fields.
He is a civilian and the only master instructor to be instructor qualified collectively by the following evolutionary military combative pioneers, Col Rex Applegate OSS WW11, USMC WW11 PLSGT and senior hand to hand combat instructor Charles Nelson and SMG Harry Baldock NZ Army WW11 Chief unarmed combat instructor.
He is a current military special operations group CQB chief instructor of over 20 years as well as a chief instructor of CQB to an entire Army.
He was inducted into the Hall of Fame as unarmed combat instructor of the year 1996.
The Todd group’s headquarters and training camp are based in New Zealand and he has 35 Todd group depot’s nationally and internationally.
Tank is involved with all aspects of military close combat from the caretaking and development of the doctrine and training and management packages through publishing manuals and producing DVDs and the design and development of weapons and training equipment.
He has a range of role specific military knives that were made by expert Sheffield knife makers Samuel Staniforth knives.
Tank and the Todd group instructing team conduct CQC exported courses for the Ranger Group Ltd Thailand.
